I had some trouble upgrading my home business website from 5.4 to 5.5 and ended up losing the site and starting over. I've since been wary of upgrading our site at work.

I wanted to put some feelers out there to see how much someone would charge, and see if I could get an evaluation of the time involved, for someone to upgrade our website - and make sure all the add-ons are working (or help find alternative solutions).

The backup function in our Concrete dashboard no longer works for some reason - so it would need to be backed up some other way. (Maybe you can help me figure that one out too!)
