Uploading Error

I'm trying to upload a few jogs on my page ofwww.www.mastermindfilmproductions.com,... yet I keep getting this error message,
"Unable to copy file to storage directory. Please check permissions on your upload directory and ensure they can be written to by your web server."
I have not made any changes at all and I was able to upload pics fine before. I'm not a computer expert and need some simple directions. I really need someone to help me fix this so that I can go back to adding more pages, thank you.

You need to log into cPanel and adjust the permissions on one or more files in your /files directory. There was an issue in earlier versions where I had to rename this file, create a new one, set permissions, then copy data from the old folder to the new one. Never could figure out why it happened.
