Urgent Need a devloper who can fix this error

I have a Concrete 5 website that has been upgraded but may not have been upgraded properly. After a site upgrade I am getting the following error message and ask for a developer that can fix this problem:
An unexpected error occurred. mysql error: [1062: Duplicate entry '766-1' for key 'PRIMARY'] in EXECUTE("insert into CollectionVersionBlockStyles (cID, cvID, bID, arHandle, csrID) values ('1', '166', '766', 'Sidebar', 0)") < Back to Home
