We are looking for a web designer who has expertise in CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and HTML5, etc. We want our website to be clean, original and creative. Our CMS is going to have E-commerce, analytics, payment and shipping options. WE HAVE PICTURES ON WHAT WE WANT ON EACH PAGE BUT THE PICTURES ARE JUST EXAMPLES SO THE LAYOUTS DO NOT HAVE TO BE THE SAME SO FEEL FREE TO EXPERIMENT!

Hi, Sounds like you will really need someone who can create custom websites, has knowledge in e-commerce and is well versed with all web technologies.
I know i'm sending this message late as you posted this a while ago, but i just noticed that concrete5 just brought this job forum back instead of outsourcing it.
