Website Created Concrete5.4.2 now broken no way to edit

www.loafhouston.org has worked since 2011; it is an information only website. Now it is covered with gobbledygook
There is no way to edit it. BlueHost (server) doesn't deal with page set up.
I've tried to install Concrete 5.7.... but it won't install onto the site.
I use Mac. Safari. Help I'm technically deficient and 70 yrs old

this is happening because your host have upgraded the version of PHP that your site is using and it doesn't play well with Concrete 5.4.2.
There is a turtorial which shows you how to deal with this:

It does look a bit daunting. Do you have access to the website files - are you able to back the website up etc?
