Hi, we are looking someone willing to build a billingual website front in English and Japanese, admin in English OR Japanese. Approx 7 main pages/sections, mostly simple contents, two of them as blogs/ photoblogs + e-shop with no payment gate required. Primarily targeted to Japan, thus someone with knowledge of languange or Japan Concrete5 community prefered. We can provide desing in PSD (which we can convert to css/html), sources in Adobe Flash.
