Website page won't load up
Permalink
Hi there,
I haven't been able to open my website page hosted by Fatcow.com. The site is built with Concrete5 and to my own fault I haven't been updating it. I think the reason for my site not loading is a scripting problem. Not my area at all.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to get it back up and running as soon as possible.

The URL only has a HTML holding page up.
If you want me to look into the issue please PM me and we can take it from there

Gee, I wonder how I found out it's running 5.4.2.1, with Richard Jeffery's resume where he is currenlty working for Flux Media? ;)
HI Rich,
Your website is returning a "503 Service Unavailable" there are many causes of this including the website has been taken offline by the hosts, the webserver encounters a critical error when its trying to serve the content. I would start at the server logs if you can get to them, often on shared hosting that isn't possible.
If you need help with this PM me, its an area that our team can help with.
Regards
Martyn

You will need to get the old concrete5 5.4.2.1 running on FatCow before you can upgrade it.
I can help with that,
John
