First of all, is this feasible?
We'd like to build a crypto-currency exchange on Concrete5. We won't hold any of the coins ourselves. We would like to use a 3rd party's API. They will hold all of the coins, and process all of the transactions. We like to offer transactions of one specific crypto-currency (not Bitcoin) to USD and back. We want the crypto-currency exchange to be as simple as possible (noob friendly). We are in the process of setting up escrow to build this now. We will have to provide the escrow company a timeline and deliverables. Once we complete this, we will submit a funding proposal to get funding.
