I'm not looking to do a complete theme conversion.

The needed requirements are:

auto nav sidebar

Form Views:
theme form

Search Views:
theme search

Blog Setup:
set up blog functionality

sub page

Sliders:
home slider

What do you think you can quote us at?

Your best bet is to take the styles from the Wordpress site and integrate them into a C5 site design. While you think you may not need a complete redo, I'm not sure how integrating the two would work and may complicate matters.

I have taken Photoshop and HTML designs and put them into C5 ... I do it quite a lot. It would likely take 10+/- hours.

I normally begin with a basic theme and then make the changes.
