Add Block Error / Manually Remove Add On?

Seem to be having an issue adding blocks due to a add on called 'social feed'.. Attempted to go to the system page to 'edit' the add on so I could remove it but the page to remove the add on doesn't even load. Attached is two pictures one showing the edit button that I'm talking about in the 'Add Functionality' area.

Anyone know how to manually remove an add on from 5.6?

That error looks like the files for that package have been removed without the package being uninstalled in the CMS, can you replace the files and then uninstall from the site?
