Attempting to recover connection to community

Hi, our church website has not had a lot of attention for a few years as it's been happily 'ticking over'. The original developer is no longer around and our attempts to connect with him have failed. After significant effort and time we've managed to re-host the website and now have control back, however the connect to community keeps showing a blank screen.
I've removed the MARKETPLACE_SITE_TOKEN and MARKETPLACE_SITE_URL_TOKEN from myPHP. I've created a new account with concrete5 but don't know what to do next.
We're on Concrete 5.6.3.1 and need to upgrade soon.

I took the URL from the debug screen and navigated through my browser.
