Is it possible to customize the look of the invoice that’s emailed to the client via the e-commerce checkout process?
Not in any recommended way. You would have to manually modify the email template and you would lose your modifications next time you update the store plugin.
Actually, I just assumed you were on a modern version of Concrete5 and using the Community Store plugin.
