I get this message when I try to download the new update:
Does that directory exist on the server?
Unfortunately, I have no idea if the directory exists on the server or not, as I do not have direct access to the server. I was thinking that if the update option is offered by Concrete5, then I should have the ability to update the version, but I guess I am wrong..... :-(

If you don't have access to the server than there is not really a good way to fix this. If you had access there would be several ways.
That figures. Thank you for your help, I am being told that I should have access soon, so when I do have access to the server, can I reach out to you for your help and tips?
