Form addons for 5.6.4

Hi all,
Anyone have any luck getting any of the form addons like Formidible to work with Concrete5.6.4 ?
Any suggestions as to how to fix the errors thrown by these addons? My guess it's due to the PHP we are running (PHP7.2) Unfortunately I can't downgrade the PHP on the server.

If you list the error messages we might be able to offer some advice
A conversation elsewhere pointed out the fact that formidable didn't work with PHP7 and that it was too much of a beast to fix. So not sure there's much you can do, at least with that one.
Yep. That's what I was afraid of. I check out the errors and the logs didn't return enough info on what was to fix. It just simply failed all around.
I told the client there best bet was to use a form service like jotform and to embed their scripts.
