Need help setting up a menu

We are a marketing agency working on a website built in concrete5, we are not very experienced in this platform and would like to ask the following questions:

Under the solutions tab, there is a drop down with two categories, technology and industries
Technologies and industries are two columns, We would like to add a total of 6 columns and is it possible to add icons to the menu?
We have no idea where the menu is set up, so if you could advise us we would greatly appreciate it.

There is an id on the menu of "jetmenu" so it doesn't look like it is an autonav template. You need to check your blocks directory and create an override or custom template and then change the code for that menu item so it has the 6 cols.
