Problem after updating site

This actually happened a while back but I hadn't had time to worry about it until now. I upgraded the Concrete5 software on my site (w/o 1st backing up) and afterwards received this error: Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0

Does anyone know how to fix this? Due to new circumstances I really need the site back online and would like to get it fixed ASAP.
