Switching off Maintenance Mode

Help! How do I turn OFF maintenance mode?

As the super admin you should always be able to login directly to the dashboard and switch it off at dashboard/system/permissions/maintenance_mode/

If not. you can clear it directly in the 'Config' table of the database as SITE_MAINTENANCE_MODE.
