I had a developer create a theme for me and it worked fine until my site was moved from one hosting account to another. Now I'm having problems. Can I reinstall Concrete and then add the created theme to the root theme folder where it is now? It seems that Concrete is looking for the theme in the Concrete/Themes folder and it's lost connection to the other folders
