Unable to edit site

Hi,
A client using a legacy version of C5 has found they are now unable to edit the site at all, and have lost a lot of functionality. They cannot see the edit banner on pages when logged.
Details:

5.6.3.5
# concrete5 Packages
eCommerce (2.8.18), Logging Error Pages (1.1).
Any suggestions?

I think I've run into that years ago. Not sure how I solved it. Anyway, try to clear the cache and also clear the cache folder. Also, try to use a different browser.
This kind of error is often caused by javascript conflict/errors.
Try looking at the browser console to see if it reports any errors...
