2012 Help on Concrete5 theme

In 2012, I wish help on configuring a Concrete5 theme - Legal Tender - purchased and installed that is not working.
On several occasions I reached out for help with the community and with the developer but to no avail.
As stated quite categorically in several forum quotes, I am willing to pay the developer "tallac man" to fix our "very simple" problem.
Can anyone help?
