$500 budget for a clean store THEME/BRAND Layout

I need a someone well versed in C5, CSS design, typography, and PHP.
Looking for a clean look and feel... something unique and consistent, to appear reputable in the home decorative retail industry... Competitors are homeandstone.com, americanhomeplus.com and more

I would look at customizing some of the ecom templates in the marketplace already. I honestly doubt you will get something even close to those example sites you listed for less than $2000 that is "unique".

If you can find an ecom psd that you really like, there are some service providers that at times run specials for $50 or so to convert it.
