Addeding boarders around Blocks

I would like to add rounded boarders around some blocks on a page, like in other themes do. is this a CSS or C5 thing, or what is the best way.

Think this is what you mean,

Under Edit click on your block and go to Design - then click on Regions and you can make the changesthere. Just remember to add something like 1 pixel under "Width" or nothing will happen
