Adding Single Page problems

I've followed this:

And then this:

I'm still perplexed as to why I'm getting...
"That specified path doesn't appear to be a valid static page." at the top of my Single Pages listing.

Any ideas of what I'm missing? I'm a newbie to this, but everything else seems to be going fine.

This is an old thread, but in case someone else runs across this I had the same problem and it turns out I did not change the name of the controller class to match the single page name
