attributes failing to load

hi everyone, i seem to be experiencing this problem below when i try to load my page attributes what can i do to fix this problem.

An unexpected error occurred.

Go into your Dashboard -> System & Settings -> Debug Settings and turn on Output error information to site users and Show the debug error output then see what the error is.
