backend theme as front end theme?

Apologies if this has already been answered before but there are a million and 1 posts come up when i searched for this.
The theme that is used for the backend....has anyone created the same theme as a front end theme for concrete5?
This is kinda perfect for what I wanted to achieve out of a site (silver/white/black)
Surprised it isnt offered with C5 as an extra theme!
