background-image wont appear.

Well I feel stupid for having to post here alot. I tried googling to help me figure this out and I couldn't. The div id #topgray is supposed to have a background image. It wont show up though. I can set a background color and it will but the image wont. The sixes are all right. If anyone could help me that would be awesome. And if anyone could tell me if theres any un-needed stuff if in the css.
