Hi,
Without doing something the body background has changed to white. When I customize the theme the color is set well to 545046. Still, the site shows white. I use the Greek Yogurt theme.

There is something seriously wrong with that page. The header is output, then within the body the entire header and body are output again.
As for your colour, it looks like you have set colour to 545046 (which would be the text colour), not background colour.

I don't get, think I will install an backup from before this happened.
Try a few F5 and CTL+F5 on the page to refresh it thoroughly.
