Bootstrap 3 Theme starting point

Started this starting point theme because I was getting tired of doing the same things over and over.
You can clone this string into your themedir.
It also has some nice grunt things for automation.
Any thoughts on how to make this even better?

Are you still working on this or you have found better option?

I am trying to find some bootstrap/concrete5.7 basic theme + blocks and I might contribute back if I find something alive + working.
