Bootstrap 4 theme support

Hi,
I am new to Concrete 5, and really would like to build a long term relationship. as it has such nice feature set.
I am having a challenge using the front-end editors/blocks/etc. with Bootstrap 4 themes. eg can't select an image in file manager.
Has anyone done successfully use and manage a bootstrap 4 theme with concrete 5.8.5.x?
What is the best way of doing this? Are there any bootstrap 4 themes in the marketplace or anywhere?

Are your themes Bootstrap4 with scss?
We need a theme with sass/scss to work with another environment based on scss.

all the scss is converted to less for the current version of concrete5. Version 9 will support scss, i believe.
