bought theme and add ons before joining C5 community

I bought a theme and some add ons before joining the Concrete5 community, and now these don't show up as available for installation.
* Is there some way to refresh this so they're available for automatic installation?
* If not (or maybe also), how do I install these manually?
Actually, I just found the "Add Functionality" page with the "add licenses" option.
If would be good if INSTALL.TXT files were more specific on locating this.

You can manually install the packages. Upload your package to
root/packages/ folder
Then go to dashboard -> Extend Concrete5
Here you will see the availabel package ready to install
Click on install button and you have done.
