Can I install theme before purchase?

Hi all
I have a client that would like to see how the theme works and if it meet all needs.
Is it possible to install a local trial or something similar?

Most themes in the marketplace have a demo set. Just look for the demo link on their marketplace page.

There does not seem to be any options to download the Fundamental Theme :(

What I'm after is a way to install a theme locally, modify it and then show it to my client.

I found the Live Demos all right.

I would like to customise the Arizona version to my clients needs to make sure he'll be happy with the result before I purchase.

Not available. In fact, I don't know of any CMS's or Platforms where you can get website themes that way.
