Can i theme a fully flash template?

Hi there!

Im going to build a website, a simple info web and love the edit-skills that Concrete5 has. I just have a question, i read that you can theme anything to Concrete5 following a tutorial but... the theme im planning to use is kinda fully flash, so i was wondering if its possible too?

No, I do not believe so. Concrete themes are only PHP, so making them customizable will only work if they are in PHP / HTML / CSS format.

Also, I would advise against using flash for your website, since flash doesn't work well on mobile devices.
