Can I use a Flash Menu in my Theme?

I found a template that I want to convert to a Theme and it has a Flash header with the menu included. I'm ok with avoiding the auto-nav and just having a fixed menu that I would have to change through Flash, but I'm wondering how I would work with everything else. What path would I use for the urls to access other pages, etc. Does anyone have experience with this?

If you have pretty URLs enabled, you can do urls based on the name of each page, like this:

/contact-us
/about
/photo-gallery


It just depends on which pages you are linking to. It's also possible to make Flash work with an auto-nav, so it displays the content automatically, but that may be more robust than you really need.
