Cannot Get More themes and Add-Ons

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to concrete5 and I just finished installing 5.7.2.1 on 5 domains.
When I click "Pages & Themes" then "Get more themes", the next message I get is "Connect to the Community Forbidden You don't have permission to access /marketplace/connect/-/view on this server.". I get this message on all of my new installations.
I've attached a screenshot to better explain the issue I'm having.
Can someone help me fix this? As mentioned, I'm new to concrete5 and I have almost no programming knowledge and I really thought I could use concrete5 to quickly create websites.
Hoping that someone gets back to me with a solution very soon.
