Cannot install Elegancia Onyx theme / password doesn't work???

I bought Elegancia Onyx tried to get to work then abandoned it and went to Wordpress.
Abandoned that too and now am trying to reinstall the Elegancia Onyx theme to my new Concrete 5 website.
In my new dashboard the Elegancia Onyx is not showing.
I see it in my Account Licences but cannot install it - it will not accept my password?
i have changed my PW 10 times and each time I go back to install it it wants me to change my password again???
I have had it with this stuff - can someone please help me...........
I am in a circular firing squad and will have to abandon C5 again if I can't solve this problem?
I contacted Elegancia Onyx for help but no replay so far?

Have you connected your project to the 'Community' in the 'Extend concrete5'?

I released and reinstall the theme so I think I am OK now?
Now I will want to customize the theme and I am sure I could use some experienced help.
I will try to join the community and appreciate any help as I am having trouble getting up to speed......
