CHANGE BACKGROUND IMAGE, Greek Yogurt

Hello,
I'm really new to web design and I'm trying to put my site together.
I found how to change the background from a solid color to an image with the Plain Yogurt theme, by adding an image to the "Add your CSS" in the Customize Theme section.
However,
when I do the same in the Greek Yogurt, no change appears.
Is anyone able to explain how I might accomplish this?
