Change CSS of Greek-Yogurt Core Theme

Hi
I need to make just some simple adjustments of the greek-yogurt core theme. I found, that the CSS definitions come from the typography.css file. This, I can find in /concrete/themes/greek_yogurt/typography.css.
Any changes in that file are not applied on the site. I deleted any browser cache and concrete5 site cache - still not showing me any of the changes. Even when I delete the typography.css file and do not replace it, the site is still working.
WHERE do I have to apply my css changes for greek-yogurt - or WHAT have I to do, that concrete5 is taking the changes ?
