Changed Theme, Site is Now Inaccessible

I wanted to try a different theme than the default Elemental theme, I installed Fruitful (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/fruitful) and activated in my Dashboard. Now the entire site is inaccessible. I'm either getting a blank page or this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@yogalodge.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How do reactivate Elemental when the entire site is inaccessible?

This appears to be a PHP error, check your PHP Error Logs to see what the error is and go from there.

Thanks for the reply hutman.

I would like to simply restore the Elemental theme without having to troubleshoot a php issue with Fruitful. Is that possible or has the Fruitful theme completely hosed the site?

I can provide php info if someone can tell me what is needed and how to obtain the information. I am not skilled in php at all.

I recovered Elemental, thank goodness.

This is how I did it - the login page was visible so I logged in, after the page went blank white I used used the browser's back button to return to the login page. Since I really was already logged in I now had access to the Dashboard on the right hand side of the screen. I clicked on Pages & Themes and reactivated Elemental.

Forgive my ignorance here but I was under the impression that Concrete allowed for switching between themes. Did I misunderstand? I'm basically learning how to work with Concrete so I can upgrade a handful of client sites onto it but this has definitely shaken my confidence. Are paid themes better than free? If a theme is installed and pages are added to it is it then not recommended to change themes?

Thanks for the replies, I appreciate the feedback!
