Changes to theme don't reflect on site

When I try to make changes to the theme under Pages and Themes>Customize the color changes I make do not follow through to the actual website. Also I made changes to to CSS under the packages root. These changes show up in the theme preview but when I activate the them the changes revert back to the original them properties. Any ideas?

Try clearing the cache

I tried this and it still isn't updating. Any other ideas?

I am having the same problem - I am using the default C5 theme - Plain Yogurt

I cleared the cache and all is working fine now . . . duh on me. . .
