changing domain but keep my theme licence ?

hi i have a theme that is linked to my domain address.

i am now going to change over to another domain address will my theme license still work?


i am doing this because i am creating a site on my hosting then swapping my domain for the clients domain so there old site doesn't go down while i am working on the new site for them.

any help would be appreciated.

also i am now working on 2 websites on the same domain. one is in the root and another is in a sub folder. can i use a license for each website and then be able to move each site later and still have the add ons license with each website?
