Clicking "Download" results in spinning arrow

Which would normally, no doubt, be fine for a short time. Unfortunately, it's been longer than what I would perceive to be normal (going on twenty minutes, now).
I clicked Dashboard->Extend concrete5->Get More Themes
I saw the theme "Neat," which looked like something I might want to try out, and clicked "Download."
Now, it's just sitting there, arrow a-spinning, for now upwards of 25 minutes, with no indication that anything is happening. This is the ... fourth? Fifth? ... time I've tried this procedure, with exactly the same result. What did I miss?

So basically it looks like the server doesn't have the PHP ZipArchive installed? Does that sound right? I base that on other errors other people have noted in the forums.
So, in case anyone else runs into this, it was the Zip functionality in PHP that was missing. If you find yourself sitting on the spinning arrow trying to install a Theme, make sure your server has that functionality installed.
I could see that it recognized the clicks I'd made on the themes to install (in the Add Functionality page), but clicking "Download" there resulted in a "class ZipArchive not found" error.
It does this with all of the Free themes listed in the Themes section under "Get More Themes" in the Dashboard.
