Concrete 5.7 and Bootstrap 3

Hi,

Somebody knows if 5.7 will use bootstrap 3?

As of right now. Version 3.1.1.4 will not install. Just tried it.
Hoping for an update soon.

But I am pretty sure Concrete developers have created Elemental as there own Bootstrap 3 responsive default theme that you might be able to style. Thats would be my next project.
