Content Slider on Silence Theme - anyone have any instructions on this?
I cannot for the life of me figure how to create a Content Slider. Paid for the add on, but it is asking for a Scrapbook (im on 5.5) and there is no documentation on the developers (Seb) page. Any help would be appreciated.
In 5.5 the scrapbook has been replaced with stacks which is the same thing, but better.
When you add the block a menu will pop up, and your first selection will say stacks. If you don't have one, make one by clicking stacks, and than add a content block with text that says sample. Save it, and go back to the add content block menu.
Select your stack, and then an option slider will drop down showing "NAME" "Description" and "Image"
Name is what will show in the sliders menu tab, so type tab here. Description is the text that will overlay underneath the name, so type in some sample text. Image will be a background image for the sliders tab, and you will have to experiment a lil to get this to display the way you want exactly. Add a small image here 80x80 or less.
Next is the animation that will take effect when selecting different tabs. Leave it as fade, for now, and than try them all later. Width, and height are for size, and slideshow is how many milliseconds before it self changes tabs as a slideshow put it at zero for no slideshow.
Press save than publish, and edit. You will now see what everything did, and where it went, and from there should have a handle on it. The tab will be named "tab" your sample text should be in the tab just below the name. Your image will be shown in the tab as well, and your sample text stack should be shown in the main area. Put the page back in edit mode, and left click the content slider. Select custom template, and try the 3 different template looks.

Hi Ekko,
Thanks so much for the help. I got it to where I have one tab, but cannot figure how to add the additional tabs. I have additional stacks but cannot figure out how to add them so i get a tab for each one.
Here is what i currently have:
http://www.uppsf.com/safety-products/survival-kits/...
And is there anyway to make the space bigger? Notice how my text gets cut off at the bottom.
Thanks!

Add more than one block to the stack. So when your stack is open add multiple blocks to it. Each block in the stack becomes a tab/section.
To make it larger use the slider height and width sliders in the edit settings.
See attached.
For yourself it looks like you just need to add multiple content blocks to 1 stack for each product you want in the slide.

Your best bet is to post on the support forum for silence or the content slider so you'll get the developer's attention:
