Creating Themes

Hello,

I am interested in designing themes for concrete 5. Is there a way that I could create themes that could possibly be sold in your marketplace?

There are also some basic "frameworks" in the marketplace like this one that can be used to build your theme on:

I'm currently building a theme off this work!!
