how do I modify the main.css. I am trying to go through the edit pages but I am having a hard time finding the file.

ftp to root/packages/theme_name/themes/name/main.css
or whatever the css file is called.

I only have access to the admin panel. so in order to go ahead and modify i need access to the FTP files?
