I am building a custom theme and just started playing around with the layout tool withing an editable area. I am able to create the custom layout and set the number of columns, rows and spacing... but once it's created I do not see the normal sliders or any way to delete the layout.

I didn't even realize there was supposed to be sliders until I researched and found how it's actually supposed to work... I can't figure out why I am not seeing the sliders or the edit button. I'm thinking that I'm missing some c5 call in my header or a z-index or positioning is messing something up...? Not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
