Custom theme not showing in dashboard

Hi all,
I am just moving my concrete5 website across to a new server, I had built a custom theme for it, which was working fine. However, on the new C5 installation I have taken the same steps to upload the custom theme, but the theme isn't showing in my Concrete5 to install it.
I have placed the theme under application/themes/ and included the relevant theme description. Have looked at multiple posts on here, but nothing seems to solve the problem.
Any help would be hugely appreciated

It works just fine like it is. Put in the applications > themes folder.

It'll be in the themes tab.

It's a strange one, still not showing even under the themes tab. I have added custom themes in the past and it has worked fine. So can't think what the problem could be.
New server. Folder permissions set to 755?
