Custom Theme with trail account?

Hello, I was messing around on a trail account but I can't really get a feel for what C5 can do for me without making my own theme. I was reading that the trail has no ftp access so can I only play with themes in the store or is there a way I can still use my own custom theme?

no, you can't. This is just to get you to buy hosting from c5 or other company.
Well the demo gives you a brief overview of what c5 can do.
If your wanting to create your own theme and test it I would suggest setting up concrete5 on your computer (something like MAMP will work - if your on a mac)
This is the best way, and its free!

Thanks, I ended up setting up a Wamp server on my computer, and now the fun begins!
