dashboard not showing

hello everyone!!! i know that there are more posts like mine in the forum but i cant find a working solution. im testing the latest version of c5 on wamp, followed the tutorials and ive created a testing theme with no javascript but the dashboard is not there. any help will be appreciated. thanks!!
