didn't receive Thank You for Purchasing email after buying theme
Permalink
Hi there, I have filled out the form for "Contact Us" for concrete5 twice in two days now. I have also started a thread in the support area for the Supermint theme. I purchased the theme on Sept. 20 and failed to notice that I did not get a Thank You email. Apparently, there are links to included addons and a login to their demo site so I can figure out the blocks and such. The only change from what I normally do is that my client used her card to buy the theme but within my C5 account. I added my email address to that purchase and it shows in my transactions in C5 but no access to the download the addons, etc. in that area. Does anyone know how I might retrieve this info? The client is asking every day to see progress and I am stalled...
Thanks! Erin
Thanks! Erin
Hello there,
Yes, I can download the package. I already have the theme installed. However, the links to their addons for the theme (that they said were included in the purchase) and the login information for their demo site is in the Thank You email, according to the theme's documentation page. Any idea how I might get that Thank You email?
Appreciate the help, Erin

I see - sorry, I didn't quite read your question thoroughly enough!
I think your best bet here is to try and directly contact the package author, in this case Sébastien -http://www.concrete5.org/profile/-/1506/...
Try sending him a direct message with your issue.

You can always manually download a package, unzip it to your packages folder and install it via the dashboard.
